• What is TrenchPals?

  TrenchPals is a swipe app for Solana traders. You match 1:1 with another trader or form a squad of 3 to 5, then take it to voice, Telegram or Discord. It's social only. TrenchPals never trades, never holds your money, and there's no TrenchPals token. It's for people 18 and over.

• How do I send feedback or report a bug?

  Email success@blackboxx.info, or use the feedback option in the app. It opens an email to us in your own mail app with your app version, device model and iOS version filled in, and nothing is sent until you tap send. If it's a bug, tell us what you were doing when it happened.

• How do I delete my account or my data?

  In the app, go to Settings > Delete account and confirm. That deletes your profile, your photos, the messages you sent, your matches and the messages in them, your likes, your blocks, your squad memberships and your login. Reports you filed are kept with your identity removed, and reports about you are kept for safety and legal reasons.

  Our payments provider, RevenueCat, keeps a customer record with your user ID and purchase history. To have that deleted too, or if you can't sign in, email success@blackboxx.info from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

  Deleting the app from your phone doesn't delete your account, and deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. See the next question for that.

• How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

  TrenchPals Pro is bought through the App Store, so you manage it in your Apple account. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

  Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

• Will TrenchPals ever ask for my seed phrase?

  No. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Not in the app, not by email, not in a DM. Anyone who asks for them isn't us. Don't share them, and please report the account.

• How do I report or block someone?

  Use Report or Block from a user's profile or chat. When you block someone, you stop seeing each other. Reports come to our team for review. If something feels off and you'd rather tell us directly, email success@blackboxx.info.

• Where are the terms?

  The app links to our Terms of Use. App Store purchases are also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
